No, because that would be identity theft. You own your body and what it’s used for (which is why deep fake is banned), you don’t own your FFXIV avatar — Square does.


So what. The pro-mods side of the argument doesn't care. It's only pixels, they won't mind if fakes exist of themselves in explicit situations outside their control.

Honestly after reading your responses to what we've said, i can't help but to believe something is actually wrong with you.
There is no way a well adjusted normal person behaves and reacts, responds like you do. I wish you a good life, i am not bothering with this. Got better things to do with my time.


The modders want it both ways, to not be held responsible for their rule breaking, and yet claim that they're hurting nobody because pixels don't have feelings. You can't tell people to not care about what happens to their in-game avatars, especially RP'ers. That's just being incredibly mean to people who don't share the same view. Most of this thread is people being incredibly caustic to each other trying to justify their harassment because "it's not real".
