Mod users in FFXIV are getting out of control

Oh I was talking about Fhaerron that dude really got bothered by someone having an opinion to the point that he thinks the OP needs to seek help and not the ppl busting to pixels on a tv/monitor. I think it's gross and that's my opinion. I mean Lalas look like kids so it's so weird ppl could picture them like that. I play the game because I enjoy playing video games and content not to figure ways on how to make my character sexually attractive.

Honestly, your opinion here is as much out of the line as the one of the person telling the OP to seek help about the matter. You're obviously entitled to it, but neither you nor the other person/party is in any way qualified to judge wether or not someone needs (professional) help here.
I'm obviously not qualified either, but my personal assumption would be that neither party actually does need real help.
You can consider people getting off on pixels gross - you dont have to do it yourself.
What you also dont have to do though is calling those people "perverted freaks" or in need to seek help.

You can play the game, as a video game, without ever looking at those mods - or any mods for that matter - if thats not your thing. No one is hindering you to do that. You might havent noticed btw, but... the game itself already gives you plenty of options to make your (specially female) character sexually attaractive. We literally have playboy-bunny and bellydancer outfits. And while we lack a butt-slider, we do have a boob-slider - not, for example, a bodyfat-one.

You dont have to find your bunch of pixels sexually attractive, but you (and the OP) should also keep in mind that its just that: a bunch of pixels. And nothing to get so terribly upset about. That bunch of pixels isnt you - even you choose to make them resemble yourself. Its an image that can be easly recreated using the character-creation - chances are if you play a popular race, like Hyur, Au Ra or Miqote people already did by accident. Your character, as much as you may or may not identfy with it, is not only you - you dont even "own" its design as if it was something totally original.

Obviously no one should ever be harrassed, inside or outside of the game and if such pictures are (or would be) used for that, thats an issue - but the harrassment is the issue here, mainly.

Personally I dont understand why people would find a bunch of pixels attractive in that way. Not my thing. We seem to be alike in that regard - but there are different ways to deal with "not understanding". You choose to call those who you dont understand "perverted freaks" and are now not an inch better than the people you called out on making assumptions... by making the same ones yourself...
I'd recommend just enjoying the game instead - while tolerating that other people might enjoy other things within it, as long as they dont cause anyone harm by pursuing those enjoyments. Clientside mods dont - unless someone publishs any pictures suited and meant for harrassment. If the idea that someone could see an image of your character naked, I'd also recommend not to think about how they could just picture that in their mind or use software like photoshop etc. to create such an image...
