People play games for different reasons than you, unfortunately. Since the mods are client-side and you'll never see the results if you don't seek them out yourself, why is this a bad thing that needs to be addressed? You can enjoy the game as-is, some people put work in to enjoy it in a different way that doesn't impact you in the slightest.
