Tbh I see it as trampling someone's sandcastle. It's harsh, rude and uncalled for. But it shouldn't be grounds to ban someone. But if you start taking it personal... get help.

.......word of advice, you will not make any friends by projecting your ego and values onto others. My only issue when it comes with examples of "strictest interpretation" is that people like to lie and delude themselves and pretend that some things aren't what they are.
You know, if ACT is hacking, because it accesses Square's info without their consent then it should be accept that it's hacking. People shouldn't be butchering the language and lying to compensate for the fact that like ACT. I think they should just own up to it. If it's hacking--admit that it's hacking, but also admit that it's hacking on such a minute level that it's inconsequential.
But if it is hacking, and someone says it's not, and thus ignores how language works--then they're lying. And if someone is willing to lie out of bias then that just pisses me off. (I support damage meters. I just don't want folks lying on the internet).
What you just said is applicable to caffeine. You wanna piss off some people? Tell them caffeine is a drug and comparable to marijuana. See how many friends that makes you.
(Pro tip: I only drink coffee prior to extremely physical exerting events like motorcycle races or personal record lift sessions. I used to ramble on and on to colleagues about how useful caffeine is as a temporary energy boosting drug as long as it isn't abused. Guess how many people I pissed off? Everyone that drank coffee on a daily basis.)
* Sure.

Except it isn't, because your character isn't identifiable. Get a gaggle of miqo, slap swimsuits on them all, turn off nameplates, put them all in a box, shake the box, pour them out of the box. Can you tell who is you? Can they?
The answer is no. As such that harassment isn't real, it's playing completely on the person's delusions,** and that IS harassment, but the underlying stressor is absolute nonsense. If they weren't so troubled as to believe a generic character model is uniquely representative of them, they wouldn't feel bothered in the first place.
More specifically, there's zero harassment taking place in these scenarios tc brought up. Someone takes nudes of catgirls and slaps them in Tumblr or Twitter? Who the heck cares? Not only would you never know, not only would you be unable to tell it was you, odds are someone's already done it if you've made an even halfway cute character and nothing came of it, did it?
The only harassment scenario put forth that's legitimate harassment is a player persistently sexually propositioning another player, but anyone who legitimately doesn't want that attention /blacklists with the quickness.
But someone taking pictures of you or anyone else? Not harassment. Nor can it be used to harass others. There's no extortionary value in something you can't make public. That's like threatening someone with evidence they are having an affair but you're in the background of the picture commiting murder or something. You can't use it.
Neither can people using these mods you're on about. They can't make it public because you can't use mods, the only way they can post it is if it's completely anonymous, meaning no one knows who is in the picture.
It's the real life equivalent of taking a picture with your face and any identifying marks obscured. It can't be used against you.
It really bothers me that tc and some others are blowing this our of proportion when there are LITERAL cyber bullies on this game, people who seriously go out of their way to harm others.
That is a problem. This topic is not.
Maybe if they drank less caffeine they'd be more chill........word of advice, you will not make any friends by projecting your ego and values onto others.

It's not an ego. I'm asking that people don't lie and don't make up fake news. Caffeine is a drug. And anyone who thinks it's not is just an idiot. You shouldn't coddle idiots who want to make up their own definitions for stuff. Don't encourage lying for the sake of your ego by keeping friends........word of advice, you will not make any friends by projecting your ego and values onto others.

I do just want to mention, it's obviously different if they put pictures of your character with the nude mod and shove your name on it, with the intention of harassment. If they just do it, you can't exactly tell it's you. If they put your name on it, it's targeted.
People are going to lie on the Internet. Only in a perfect world would they not. You may have a moral high ground not to, but not everyone shares that. Hence why you research and discern truths instead of just taking things at face value. Inb4 I am accused of encouraging lying, I am not. Just saying that this isn't a perfect world, and people are going to do it regardless of what you ask.
