Recompense Officer Mogstation Upgrade

The Recompense Officer does not allow players to reclaim outfits bought off the Mogstation.

I realized today that I lost track of half of the Valentione's Apron Dress outfit.
Was planning to use it in a glamour, this outfit was bought off the Mogstation for my character and now I can't use it anymore. Wiki claims the Recompense Officer should have a replacement, though the NPC has the section for Valentione's, the clothing isn't there. Then I realized ALL Mogstation items are not replaceable if lost. None of the items I bought off the mogstation are in the Recompense Officer's menu. Only ones obtained through events.

I suggest a change that allows Recompense Officer to replace lost Mogstation clothing.

People paid good money for those outfits and with the horrible state of the glamour dresser/armoury chest, it becomes increasingly difficult to keep track of all clothing items.

And while you're at it include the rest of the event items as well. I understand having the items on the mog station for newer ppl to the game that missed the actual event something they wanted may have been in, but if i have the event flagged as finished let me repurchase ANY item i may have bought during that event and not just a select few. I've bought every item from most events and i can't repurchase posters, or any housing item for that matter, and there are some outfits that i bought and still have that aren't listed either.

You guys do realize that it gives warnings right? While I agree they should be able to be given back to the same account ( to an extend ) it kind of makes sense that SE warns and now with update, based on feed back items will not be lost.

Did you check your armoire? I thought I lost my set because I forgot I put it there.
But also, agreed. There should be a way to get back any mog item 'lost'. I also feel there should be a way to trade them for the opposite gender version of the item. Like with all versions of the eternal bond outfits. it sucks that I have a couple outfits I can't do anything with just because I decided to change my character's looks.
