Only if it's sharing with a stranger, of course. Couples and such routinely hop onto each others' accounts for a variety of purposes; SE has no problem with that.
Actually no..it isn't. In legality terms - the Terms of Service is very clear.
SE enforcing it however.....you would be correct - that doens't mean they are not within their rights to drop the ax.
My point is - don't share your account - you do so at your own risk and peril.
Loved ones? Ok..but don't talk about it...don't broadcast it.
