Ally Targeting - How do you do it?

I was looking at the key binds, and there are lots of options there. But there are none for "Cycle Through Party Members." This made me sad, as I was all set to change Shift+Tab to cycle through my party. (default is cycle through monsters)

The one I use is:

Charachter Configuration > Control Settings > Mouse > The set scroll up/down under Mouse Wheel Settings to scroll through party list.
