Hmm. Well depending on the severity they'll all be impacted in some form. Maybe Monk? Maybe also Dragoon but being able to double weave helps a lot there. I think Monk might be the best bet. You should still get rotational procs in enough time, and outside of RoF you don't have to double weave (you don't strictly have to inside either though perhaps not opptimal). I'm on the fence about BLM, it logically shouldn't be too affected but knowing how cast bars/timers are in this game...hm....don't have much experience with BLM and high ping.

I should at least mention that my connection MOST of the time is fairly stable, it just seems to happen when I'm in an area with either:

A. A lot of stuff going on on screen

B. PEAK peak hours, so the servers are understandably bogged down.
