Define a good player

I would define a good player as someone who has a strong understanding of the game foundations and mechanics and can adapt to different situations as they arise and respond appropriately for their job. They would also have a positive attitude towards the game and the players they play with and be open to helping when prompted to.

Being able to clear the hardest tiers of content would be nice but I wouldn't use that metric to define a good player either. I've seen plenty of good players who acutely understand their job and the content we're participating in just running through 24 mans, PFing EX Trials, or EXDR. These players don't have any Savage tier gear or any recorded Savage logs, but I would trust them to run that content with me if I need to find someone.

A good player is one that takes creative criticism and keeps an open mind to improving.

Is able to keep up with their job, uses CD, and is well prepared both in game and can keep communication productive.
