Mount Drop Rate

Hey, people. I'm not quite sure what the drop rate percentage is for Shinryu and Byakko extreme. I raidlead a mount farm group in my guild. Currently we have gone 15 hours or rougly 85 kills without a single mount drop. So I would like some clarity on the %droprate and if people are experiencing simular issues.

personally I don't think you'll be seeing Shinryu doggo being purchasable until 4.4 and Byakko until 4.5 with totems. Byakko and Shinryu have their original drop rates still so prob less than 3%. Lak/Sus doggos prob drop rate of 5-7%?

Just got to 99 Byakko totems.
With a purchased weapon way back when, that's 109 runs!

Not one drop I've ever seen.
But thankfully this isn't like the horses of 2.0. You can eventually purchase them. It'd not a carrot on a stick.

IMO not as long as we cant exchange those 100 totems right from the start.... Luck on maybe the 2nd run < 100+ kills...

I've seen 9 dogs in 80 byakko kills, so I would guess its about 10%

I've seen about five dogs in my runs through Byakko and got poor lots on all....so, I ended up farming 102 totems.

All I can say is at least it's in the solid percentiles, most other games make most mounts drop at .5-.05% and this is fairly common throughout the genre of MMOs.

I saw 7 or so dogs in 91 kills. OP, you've got some awful RNG goin on :c

Seen about 5-7 in 80 kills, so not bad, just wish we don't have to wait for the totem exchange until a later patch to purchase them. Just silly.
