I don't agree with your statement because what if its just 1 new person and everyone has already done it, cause usually that's how many people usually are new maybe if your lucky you will get 2 or 3 but very rare.

Also I agree with the people who shouldn't be stuck watching a cut scene that's all I am saying I never said I run the dungeon I stopped when it they updated it where you couldn't skip next time read.

I did read your statement, that was a general comment. No one is forced to run the story dungeons, and they have their own roulette.

Would you want spoilers to the latest book or movie if everyone else in the group had already seen/read it?

If you queue for "Main Scenario Roulette" you should expect that people will be doing it the first time, and should respect their wishes. This isn't "Skip Cutscene for Tomes Roulette"

And for the record, I haven't run MSR since early 3.0, as I was getting tired of people bum rushing the dungeons and allowing new players to get completely lost. I also ran low on time to spend in said dungeons when people were patient.

Congrats, it's people like you who pitched a fit about having to wait for people who had the audacity, the nerve, to not skip story in their story dungeon that led to the unskippable changes in the first place.

Actually it is your fault if you think about it, people like you came on here agreed with people who didn't skip the cutscenes cause your crowd was bigger voice which got them to add the option in first place.

while people like me who skipped and didn't worry about it wasn't on here asking for this option to begin with so think about what you are saying.
Cause if the people who didn't want the option spoke up I don't think the option would of been added in the first place.

I think about a week ago someone was asking to put cutscene waits on the towers also go ahead go defend them to cause maybe you will get what you want from that also.

Incorrect. New players who don't want to do a payment to skip by are forced to. Players that might not give a single care about it. Some will wanna see cut-scenes, yes, but not every new player does. Some new players want to catch up with their friends, while also not paying extra money into the game that they still might not be 100% they'll stick to the end for.

They removed the option of choice because a few customers complained it was a terrible experience. I had to go through it on an alt like that, and if I look at it from a new player perspective, it's STILL a terrible experience. Castum in particular the game might as well play itself with how little you can move before the next cut-scene. I don't think anyone spends $15 to watch a movie.

One time. Out of how many hours that they invest into this game on a particular character?

If you had ANY idea how many hours I've invested just getting all of the lux relics, 2 zetas(over halfway done with book step on a 3rd), 7 anemos, all of the bird mounts, over 200 runs of the newer extremes, not to mention leveling other characters... The 2 hours required for those two dungeons for people now, isnt even a drop in the bucket. In comparison, I spent 14 hours grinding out for my very first clear of o5s the first week it came out. Once you've cleared those dungeons for the story, you never have to go back again if you so wish. You can spend your hundreds or thousands of hours grinding other stuff. One and done.

You missed the point.

You still have to do it at least once. You NEVER had to do lux. You NEVER had to do Eureka. You NEVER had to do savage. But I still had to do these dungeons to move forward.

Let's plug in the idea you have though, where once you do it you never look at it again. Okay, so nobody queue for the roulette. Aaand... nobody's getting in. People start complaining they can't get in. New players are stuck because they're waiting all day to try, but they can't get that 1 tank or 1 healer.

WAIT! That sounds familiar. I wonder... was this... back when the roulette didn't exist in the first place? How weird. Almost like the queue was put in for the first time because nobody wanted to run that with skippable cut-scenes.
