Rune Fencer, Tank Concept [Dysfunctional Gambit]

I gotta admit, the Rune Fencer neither fencing nor using runes puts me off quite a bit here.

It almost sounds like Arbiter or Vindicator or the like, something akin to a bit more of an offensive spin on the Judge (or, just Judge itself) would be far more fitting.

Alternatively, if you wanted to move away from the Garlean lore, which don't typically use light wheel magics apart from Stoneskin (and I haven't even seen that since 1.x), you could go with something like... Dervish, and really bring out the wilder or twisted sides to its aesthetic.
