Well my response is over 3000 characters and 1000chars is max here for some reason. Shortest reply limit next to twitter? I suggested many alternatives but my favorite is a combination between level 30 minimum for yell/shout and shadow banning with human moderation. Reporting doesn't work long-term. Sometime the simpler solutions are the most effective.
