Looking to transfer servers on Primal DC. What is a good place?

I have been on my current server on the primal DC since beta in 2013 and a regular FFXIV player. The server like many others I would guess has had its ups and downs. Though I am currently looking for a new server to meet new players. One that has a stable population that isn't always transferring to other servers or unsubbing as soon as they rip through content.

I started making characters on other servers about a month ago and I really haven't settled on one. I like Famfrit, seems friendly with a fair amount of new players join though it is still a low pop server. Leviathan server also stood out, far more players. They seem to have a good in flow of new players though not as friendly. Lamia was the last one that caught my attention, though I have only been on that server a short time. Rest of the servers I tried either didn't like or could find something that stood out. Though given how much it can take to get into a server and really know it is far beyond the time I have to look, I am sure I have easily missed something on some servers.

As to why I have put so much thought in, I am pretty firmly rooted on my current server, though my last friend recently unsubbed and I have gone through 3 waves of friends over the years, they either leave the server or unsub not to return, so at this point I would like to try a different server and make new friends. Plus staying in the Primal DC allows me to still play with anyone I know if they come back to the game.

For Primal DC, if you are on a server you like, what do you like about it? Have you been on a server you didn't like and why? Did you start one one server and move to a better one and why?

If you can tell me of something to check out on Hyperion, I would be more than happy to log in over there and have another look.

I think the server lock is murdering Balmung at the moment so maybe I should consider moving as well.

I just always thought Hyperion was one of the busier servers due to it's status of being a Legacy server and how often it was on lock down.

But really, I will always support my server. I personally love it and will never leave it.

Maybe I just haven't explored much but, I'm sure or atleast it appears to me famfrit is more populated than the congested 1s at least in general areas such as limsa, you can find me sitting on the wall next to the Jades
