How 2 get rank 100 pvp if Q is 1 hour long?

Its time for a mega server, please dont get behind in essential MMO standards SE.

We already have a "megaserver style" system in place for ALL instanced duty. Like WoW's "connected realm clusters". Only problem is they don't work outside of instanced duty (PvP counts as instanced duty though, so it falls under the datacentre). I want a way to access datacentre wide stuff in the overworld though.
