    90002 Error Every 2 Hours

    I recently switched to Verizon FIOS, and have been getting a 90k error every 1hr55min to 2hr 05mins since. I have not had any problems with other programs/services, it is only FF14. I've done a hard reset of my modem/router, port forwarding/triggering, and tried .bat resets for server clock sync issues with no luck.

    PC, Wired FIOS connection 100/100
    No other issues, no lag or latency, just consistent 90k

    it is something with final fantasy being blocked by graphic hardware is what my computer is showing for the reason for the directx error code. up until I installed a new hard drive I wasn't getting a windows report on why this error was happening but it only happens with final fantasy on my end anyways does it on dx 11 and dx 9 they suggests a bunch of different solutions but none work and some make it worse to play the game.

    yay every two hours, now if it were every 5 min or less it may actually be a problem -.-; every two hours is more of a network or congestion which is not bad deepening on certain areas. Can't people just add to existing threads instead of making more ?

    dont hope too much from customer support, they probably ask you to give some tracert result and... thats about it lol

    you can try digging some info from the past about 90002 where some advice like opening port, turn off antivirus, run as admin, something2 about internet explorer i forgot, stuff like that

    i have same problem from 3rd may, i did not experienced such error before, each login will go to character selection page, after that on login-in to world two possibility will happen : first on this stage crashed and jump our to start page (error 2002), the other possibility is to have a successful login-in but world is freezes and after 10-20 sec crash out (2002-90002), sometime it went to start page and asked for new login password. all above experienced in PS4.
    today before i write this one i searched forums from 2015 and no one actually knows why this happened.
    i also passed from people who tried change routing with VPN and get Temporary fixes but also saw a post that said " good bye square enix", and cancelled his subscription because of such error.
    i don't know when square enix really want to use better support team.

    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    It looks like your trace route is trying to go to an Amazon server? I'm not exactly sure why this was included. Can you elaborate?

    Did this error occur only after you switched your ISP? Did you have similar problems with your previous ISP?

    Do you notice any patterns to these disconnects besides the length of time you are playing (only when teleporting, only in combat, etc.)

    in my situation there is no pattern, every-time i tried to login, i received 2002 problem or 90002.
    this problem start for me from about seven days ago, and since then, i could not play.

    please advise the solution or any instruction to know / solve current issue.
