    Solo Play - Monk Positionals

While I was leveling my monk the other day by doing solo content I realized how silly it was to constantly run through the enemy to try and hit my rear positional attacks.

So it got me thinking that while in a party of 1 (or 1 plus chocobo) it would be nice if the rear positional could also be satisfied by hitting the enemy from the front and the flank positions on the front-left or front-right. Basically rotate all position requirements 180 degrees for solo fights.

I think it would keep with the spirit of a pugilist since boxers don't hit each other from the back anyway and the play would still be required movement for the side positional attacks. And this way I keep to face my opponent head on, rather then running through the mob which always felt a bit awkward.

maybe if this game were to ever release an offline version (which will never happen) this may be a good idea. Since this is a game designed to be played with groups of people however, it just isn't going to happen.

Yes, the positionals do feel awkward...I get it...but they do feel awkward. Also, you may not intentionally hit an opponent from behind like in many martial arts, but a huge part of boxing is positioning and flanking your opponent for counters and openings in defense.
