Please Add These Event Chocobo Bardings to the Mogstation

Anyone else wish that certain event chocobo bardings (Starlight Barding, Paramour Barding, Egg Harness) would be added to the Mogstation or made obtainable again through other means in game?

Is there any particular reason why they are not added to the Mogstation but other items obtainable from those events have been added?

At this point, everyone know that it is not going to happen, look at the trend on how many event items are put on Mogstation now. He just asking it within the possibility instead of something that might not even be possible.

Post edited. Thanks for the suggestion. I just found it strange that they have added the other items from those events as well as the chocobo bardings from later events to the Mogstation, but not these particular ones.

My suspicion is that a lot of the event items pre ~2015-2016 could be resold on the marketboard, and a lot of people 'invested' in items to resell later. That gives them less incentive to put them on the mog station, since they're competing with in-game currency. Also, I've noticed that while the new events all say "past event items may become available later", the old ones didn't, so it may come down to how it's advertised.

That's why I said 'less likely', not that they're not going to but yep!

If you're lucky, and I really do mean lucky, the Straight and Paramour bardings can be traded and sold on the market board. Paramour is more common and Starlight is extremely less so, at least Excalibur anyway. I know it does not solve the current problem but at least it's not completely out of reach. Don't know about anywhere else but be prepared to see the multi-million price tag if one pops up.

Old event items are the one thing I don't mind being put on the Mogstation. People who did the event originally still have that feeling of exclusivity, because they got the items for free, but the people who missed the event can still get the items if they really want.

That said, it's not like I would be upset if the Starlight Barding were purchasable in-game during the next Starlight event, like how many of the 1.0 event items were available during the 2.0 events.

I already have the Starlight and Paramour Bardings. Bought the Starlight for a hefty sum, and I was around for the event rewarding the Paramour Barding. Just asking for all three, since - I think - these are the only past event items not yet added to the Mogstation. I still wonder why. Might be because it wasn't advertised that they would be available later, as an above poster suggested?

Don't think that it's to prevent competition with in-game currency, as the Eastern Cherry Trees were added to the Mogstation, even though they are tradable in-game, as another poster suggested. Besides, the Eastern Cherry Trees on the Marketboard still go for a good price, even though they were added to the Mogstation. People who hoarded them still make a good amount from selling them.

I agree. People who did the event have the exclusivity for a year.
