Input lag on controllers

- For an example, when I try to browse through market board it doesn't work or will work with a delay if the delay happens I'm losing control over my controller it will keep browsing by itself for few seconds, another example would be character movement itself. I'm moving and when the lag happens I'm locked again and character will keep moving in the direction it was moving for the few seconds and I can't do anything during this time. It happens everywhere in FFXIV regardless of anything. Multiple times every few minutes.

- Wireless and wired, tried both, results are the same.

- Just Steam and regular programs such as anti virus or drivers.

- a) I tried to use different controllers with different usb ports
b) I reseted controller settings
c) I tried to use different internet connection
d) I tested other games (including multiplayer ones) and they work flawlessly
e) The only ''fix'' I found is using keyboard but I would not consider it a fix, just a temporary solution. Game works perfectly with keyboard mode, worth to mention if I will try to use controller in keyboard mode the issue comes back. Nothing I tried either helps or makes it worse
