Game Crashing on Cutscenes

i've been playing without problems but suddenly when i was in foundation and went inside a house for the main quests the game crashed, tried to start the game again and the error poped again... if i choose another character to play i can log in without a problem, went to a friend's house and log in his computer with the stuck character and i logged in without any problem ! there were some cutscenes, left the place, went back to home log back in and i was able to play once i left that place went into a dungeon for the main quest finished it and when the cutscene after clicking the exit portal started to show again the problem started i have tried to use the direct 9 instead of 11 no help at all.. disconected the secundary monitor reinstalled drivers, went to another old version of the drivers, and re installed the game and no luck so far

To clarify, this still only happens on the one character and only on your home computer, correct?

If so, I'd recommend deleting the FFXIV files in the My Documents folder ('My Documents' > 'My Games' > 'Final Fantasy XIV').

If this does not solve the issue, I'd recommend a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
