Mendacity RDM weapon or Crafted?

As a softcore raider I'm struggling to figure out which RDM weapon i should stick with. The 360 weapon from mendacity or the 350 crafted HQ weapon

Otherwise more immediately, consider Eureka's Anemos rapier. It's closely comparable to the 360 mendacity - general differences will not be eyeballed nor felt easily and thus you can do just fine with preference out of those two.

Or later on the next extreme weapon.

I would probably get 355 from Byakko and during next week 365 from next extreme, in case this patch follow previous pattern. That way you can save 1000 mendacity tomes.

Not strictly always true but generally will be. There are times where it can be a toss-up between especially given that it depends on your overall gear package than just a singular item in a vacuum.

I would agree on this. The Eureka weapon is comparable and possibly slightly better than the 360 mendacity weapon based on substats. 300 DH, 200 DET and the ability to meld 200 CRIT onto the Eureka weapon is pretty good. Mendacity weapon will likely be better once you can upgrade it to 370 since the base weapon damage will outweigh the substats. Also that will give you time, depending on how long it takes you to progress through the floors, to focus on other mendacity purchases in the meantime.

Weapon damage is always best but there is not much difference between the Mendacity and Eureka weapon, plus Eureka weapon has better stats.
