I think my DPS is low, would you have any advice on a cycle to follow in MT and OT?
And regarding my equipment, would you have any recommendations on which materia to use?

Hello! Your English is just fine. Let's talk PLD optimization:

Materia: After you meld Strength onto your right sides, it's important to maximize Crit, then DH, Det and lastly Skill speed. As it stands, the current tank BiS gives a lot of crit, and I mean a LOT. You should use the i350 crafted accessories, pentamelded with Crit except for rings which are Direct Hit, and use every peice of crit you can get.

MT/OT: This is a dead concept but as far as the tank that pulls, the PLD should NEVER pull bosses if they can help it. You should stay in Sword oath the entire fight and also swap bosses pretty early on. Once the WAR's vengeance is on CD, you should hold the boss to begin proccing your shield swipes. It's important to do as many Shield swipes as possible.

DPS: Be sure that you are always using your GCD's as much as possible, and follow this opener:


Tip: ALWAYS have Goring blade running on any target. As soon as two targets are available to be hit, get Goring blade up on both of them. You should ALWAYS open any fight with Holy Spirit two seconds into the countdown macro. This gives you a free Holy spirit that you would otherwise never get in the fight, giving you lots of DPS.
