Yeah for moves like those you really need to press them yourself, but don't forget you can change around keybinds if reaching 6789 is causing you trouble. I'm using qefg replacing those, and i'm doing plenty good.

Also, you can create a macro to change where hotkeys are situated so that you can have your normal magic easy to reach, then press a button and now it's all your melee combo buttons, then press that last button and you're back to normal.
