Or maybe putting cutscenes in the middle of a duty in an MMO is stupid and they need to stop doing it. If they're so hell-bent on giving us those tiny scenes that don't even matter within the run itself, they can put it in a flashback later on. People who skip scenes will skip it either way, and the people who care won't be that much worse for wear for the change. They might even be better because now they'll make it into the last boss...
Who is this "everyone" of which you speak? The predictions and now declarations of MSQ roulette's demise have been greatly exaggerated when you look at the reality.
Also, the two aren't comparable given Alliance dungeons have far fewer and far shorter cutscenes. Effectively, this is talking about a bit of waiting at the last boss and that's it. The hyperventilating overreactions here may be why SE doesn't pay attention to the English customer base.

What cutscenes are even in the alliance raids? I can't for the life of me think of anything besides introductory "This guy exists" type cutscenes.
That's it. There's the one on entrance, which you already have to wait for because the barrier won't go down until everyone's finished, and the one before the last boss, which doesn't tend to be very long.
That's why people comparing this to MSQ roulette are so off base. There's no more cutscenes in Alliance Roulette than in levelling roulette.

I'd rather just increase the arena seal timer a bit more. Maybe to 45-60 seconds.
It sucks, but I wouldn't expect 20+ people to wait for me if I'm taking a long time to get to the boss.
Either that or warp/pull everyone into the boss room when the seal goes up.
