I think that it's fair to say that, outside of Savage and a select few bosses where it's highly advantageous to use LB appropriately, as well as Byakko Ex and A12, LBs in their current iterations are essentially useless. Now, in my original post, I was just wondering about LBs - didn't really share an opinion on its potency, if it's good or not, when to use it, etc. But as it is right now, I do feel like...there's no point in using it outside of those above named situations, save for maybe shaving off a couple of seconds fighting a boss, gpose reasons, killing a mob faster, etc.
