I can get where you're coming from with "you are responsible for avoiding avoidable mechanics." Within the realm of a 24 man though you do kind of have to assume they're all incapable of that, I'd count things like Hashmal as important times to take esuna.

While I agree, 9/10 nobody Esuna's the bleed. Not even when it's the healer themselves who has it(probably because they never took it to begin with).
