Unable to create character(Lich)

Any idea how long will be before restrictions of creating new characters on Lich server will be lifted? I already have character there and I wanted to play with my GF but she can't create character there,what is really ridiculous considering that when playing on my character I could see barely few players around.
Is this restriction temporary ( I mean few hours/days) or for a longer period of time?
Asking because she got 14 days of trial before we decide to buy sub or not but we can't play together if she can't create character there we are going to play different mmorpg.

It seems to be currently listed as a preferred world, so I would imagine this won’t go on indefinitely. Maybe try at odd hours? They say character creation restrictions may be temporarily placed on any world during periods of high congestion. Also I thought the free trial allowed you to play classes up to level 35, but that there was no time limit anymore. At least that’s how it was for me when I was on the trial.

You can use the link above to check the world's current new character creation restriction status (it updates the status every four hours). As Tempest suggested if you're dead-set on having your GF play on Lich, try for odd hours (usually very late at night into the wee hours of the morning). Restrictions usually lift during off-peak times.

If you want to do it the guaranteed way, you can create a character for her on a non-restricted world then transfer in after the lockout period expires... but that costs you extra money. Or, if you don't want to do any of that, you can transfer your own character/create a new one on whatever non congested world she ends up at.
