Hamlet event>Dungeon event?

The more I hear about it the more it sounds like a campaign-like system. Which is completely welcome in my FFXIV.

All trolling and biased opinions aside, I have a strong feeling that this will be a topic hotter than Ifrit in the weeks after Hamlet Defense is released.

Personally, I like the concept of instanced dungeons, but I am also super excited about Hamlet Defense. I believe both instanced content and world content can, and should, exist in parallel to one another in the game. That said, I would rather see new and inventive ways of doing so than just a rehash of what was done before.

Any ideas how they can incorporate more world events into FFXIV? Perhaps something new and inventive, or rarely used that may work?

I welcome any new fun events as long as the NPC's in these events do something rather than just stand there doing motions or follow you around like a retard and do nothing else.

Pretty sure there are going to be some type of limitation since the current server program sucks badly but I hope they make it fun enough to try and last till 2.0 and make it better in 2.0 with the better optimized server app.

As we can see FROM what Yoshi said. Hamlet seems a lot cooler than the dungeons. We don't know what is going to be what, but from this conclusion we can say that

Yea thats really the only thing that makes me worry the "current server system" I do wish that they can do soemthing about that when its released or just hold it off till 2.0 when the new system is up. I don't want bad memories of this game anymore only good ones or bleh ones for that matter !!
