Complain when not know details, typical of forum yes, must complain not knowing detail because complain is way to resolve. Issue has been decided, must complain not know details must complain. I not like I must complain not knowing details, complain SE hear my complain and cancel all work they done did.

The details don't matter. It's the principle of getting something for nothing. In the end, those that play more often will stay far ahead of those that do not, making the point of rested EXP almost pointless.

If they want to reduce lag, they should simply implement a 30min inactivity shutdown.
