Yes, they should. I see no reason to not have it, imo. That would give the player a "sense of progression" during the leveling process, besides the levels themselves. Creating the habit of "I must get better gear before I jump into this new content". The MSQ handles this just right, giving you gear you need by doing it, along with the sidequests. One problem is, leveling in this game is incredibly fast, so gear becomes useless real quick. Some players think it's not worth it. How can we provide gear to these players struggling with certain dungeons? Just spamming the previous ones? That's not efficient for DPS jobs, as they have long waits between dungeon and dungeon. What else can we do? All this assuming the system is already in place (ilvl restriction). These are not rethorical questions.
