All dungeons should have minimum ilevel requirements?

This entire run was terrible, now imagine half the players doing this.

I've had this happen in Dun Scaith, except it was my co-healer and they forgot to repair their gear. They were so useless, but I managed to solo heal it fine. Now that I think of it, I've probably had more issues with people forgetting to repair than wearing low ilvl gear.

That's not so much an issue anymore since it gives a warning now when you queue. But honestly failure to repair was an easy thing to miss. Self repair in dungeons was always one of the biggest perks of the crafting system.

It would be really nice, especially in 24-man raids, if there was an NPC near the shortcuts that could repair...more so when Rabanastre was first introduced and many parties were stonewalled by Hashmal, some alliances simply had to disband the duty entirely because mostly everyone's gear was broken.
