All dungeons should have minimum ilevel requirements?

What sucks though is that this makes it apparent that gear is only a negative.

I mean, its something you HAVE to have, not something you really want to. That it really doesn't change gameplay that much or give enough reasons for people to get it. It's just raw stat boosts that you need to keep parity with content, to a limited level.

I think this is a problem, and maybe making more positive aspects to gear might help. Not sure what those would be offhand, I'd need to think on it.
