    Error 401 AND i2501

    I'm sorry if this seems rude but these problems are kinda ridiculous and I've had them for days.

    I have never once had payment issues on a game or this game,I've been playing since 2015. My cards/bank/account/characters/connection- everything is fine. I tried to buy the Nezha mount and male costume but error 401, I try more then wait 24 hours until I try again and still error. I normally use Visa cards and every single card gets this error, for no reason. One card let me buy the song bird emote and now it is getting 401 too.

    Maybe it was because my sub isn't on auto renewal so I tried to sub and got i2501 and it says I cannot use this function.

    So I cant sub to the game or buy stuff anymore? I even double checked and my account isn't blocked or banned/suspended or anything.

    I've seen people who have had this error for months with no fix from support, any help would be appreciated.

    In regards to payment errors I suggest you contact support center directly.

    To reach our live chat support please follow the steps below.

    1. Visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center at http://support.na.square-enix.com/
    2. Select FINAL FANTASY XIV as the game title.
    3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
    5. Next, type a basic description of your inquiry in the "Contact details" section and click "Next".
    6. on the following page click "Next" again. Ignoring any Knowledge Base Suggestions that may apply.
    7. Provided your contact is during SQUARE ENIX Support Center's hours of operation, you should see a Chat Support option. Click "proceed to chat support" to initiate contact with one of our Chat Support Representatives.

    NOTE: Live service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 - 18:00 (Pacific Time) (Excluding holidays)
