I'd like to first start off with how terrible the customer service for ff14 is and even Square Enix as a whole. I am a returning player who just resubbed to play with my friends on Famfrit. My main was on Siren and i bought a character transfer to transfer it to Famfrit. As i was transferring i received an error message. When i logged into my character. The toon was located in a different world that was not Famfrit. I am extremely disappointed with how the support team handles these situations. They basically told me that i wasted money and that i should just deal with it. I even called Square Enix support and they refused to help me or direct me to (A higher up) someone that can help resolve my issue. I am not going to spend another dime on this game until this issue is resolved. I already spent 3 hours trying to resolve this situation and the GMS are not being helpful.
