    Thank you for the update Lunaros175.

    It's likely that your PC is having trouble with the Stormblood section because the expansion is a bit more graphically demanding. The system requirements for both of them are different. You likely meet the minimum requirements for A Realm Reborn but not Stormblood.

    This leaves us with little to suggest unfortunately, just because the Stormblood content is designed to be more graphically demanding and requires more power. However, I would suggest lowering the settings a bit more if you can and make sure your laptop stays cool (make sure the vents are not being blocked, etc.). Unfortunately, your options for fixing this may be a bit limited.

    I'll try lowering the setting even more, will update with results.

    So, if this doesn't work then I'm screwed? I just bought a month subscription and I'm quite upset about all this

    (Probably final) Update: Lowered the settings to the lowest possible and it did not help a bit. Got those Uber-crashes and all with no improvement

    Hello, Lunaros. It's a shame to hear someone got problems with that DX error. I have to use very old graphical card too, since my R9290X had died. I had the error only in Eureka thought. I have to say, that understanding current GPU is a very old one, I use lowest settings too. Maybe just shadows on 1024p if not in Eureka, in Eureka - 512p. Also effects and shadows only for myself. There is an options to lower the quantity of people around youself - definitely low for Eureka. Besides, I clean uninstalled Nvidia drivers, and after that installed new version. I never tried DX9 option, cause it's simply not working - no one knows why, but ever after I reinstalled Nvidia drivers I do not get the error; hope it's not placebo, but real solution..
    Getting BSOD might be a bad sigh thought. I do not want to be pessimistic, but in many cases BSOD means that some of hardware is not feeling allright.

    Well, I'm kinda resigned to the fact my graphics card is getting old now, so I guess it calls for an inspirational saving money montage with generic 90's music in the background, because as it seems I'm fresh out of luck with this.
