Is there a Glamour...(Ninja specific)

Not sure where to actually put this.

That can make my ninja look as close as possible to the following:

I ask because I just picked up the ice daggers off of Shiva Extreme, and would really like to plan out my glamour at 70.

I'm not sure you'd be able to something quite like that in game, fully anyway. Maybe the lvl 50 Ninja AF gear upgraded so you can dye in blue.

The vicar helm would work, but its undyeable, so you'd be stuck with the color.

For the level 50 AF gear you'll need to obtain the Ninja Garb Augmentation item (1-2 per gear piece) which can be crafted (lvl 50 Alchemist) or bought on the marketboard, and exchange them for their augmented versions with Kakalan in Mor Dhona.
