    Recast Timers are Broken

    When I use spells and select abilities I am not getting recast timers. I have to guess when the recast is ready, and some of these jobs I am fairly new at, which means I am not always succeeding. There is no indication whatsoever when an ability or spell is ready, I have to mash through sometimes dozens of "So-in-so can not be used right now" before repeating the ability; Multishot being a perfect example. It displays a 1 second recast when used, but then informs me for 15 seconds that I can not use it right now.

    Also, abilities that I have not used for ages are not activating, but are giving the same message. In the middle of a leve when I'm dying, and doing nothing but auto attacking, having "Second Wind cannot be used right now" 10 times in a row to then die is exceptionally irritating.

    I appreciate this is probably a bug, but could you please prioritise a fix? This is pretty a pretty game-breaking bug, I couldn't possibly keep my tank alive in Darkhold with this nonsense persisting, and it's making 30s solo quite more difficult, and combine that with the innate increase in difficulty with this patch anyway, and you've got a very difficult task.

    This actually a Bug that's been around for awhile.. had it happen to me last night.. completely log out of FF and close the client.. reopen and it should work properly

    I sometimes, though rarely, had recast timers break before 1.19. Now they're consistently misleading.

    I've had recast timers for NON-spells break too. As poster #2 said, I had to log out and log back in to fix it.

    On my PGL yesterday the only way I could be sure Jarring Strike II was going off at all was the animation playing. Recast timer didn't even flicker. It's definitely gotten worse since the patch.

    Before patch this was the case, after patch it's all the time. Recast timers are always off now, and logging out doesn't fix the issue. UI Lag is even worse now, I'd liken UI lag back to Launch days.

    The times themselves are majorly off aswell, after cooling down trying to cast the spell I had to wait another 3 seconds.

    Gotta bump this, cause the 1.19a patch notes say that switching classes will not reset the timers, but I find that they are resetting incredibly disappointing for skills with hellacious timers like Rebirth and Tranquility.

    Anyone has this issue? I start to have it recently without fail. Have shut down the program completely ._. It's really annoying.

    Come on SE, sort this one out, it has been happening for a long time now.
