


No not really. With bind and sleep, once you hit them, they can move again but you can't keep running from them without stopping. You also have a recast time.Yoshi-P's explanation for PvE changes to movement cancel is weak. What would be the difference between kiting a mob, or sleep/nuke/bind/nuke/gravity/nuke/sleep strategy?
It's the same thing in essence, you are preventing yourself from being hit. So If I do this strategy to a player in PvP, is SE gonna gimp Bind/Sleep/Gravity? Because it causes players not to hit me?
That entire post that yoshi posted about Movement cancel boils down to PvP changes only.
With what we have now, constant running AND stun/bind/gravity/sleep. That's broken imo
