I am really sad to see this change. For balance reasons they could have gone with a longer cast time and/or reduced spell potency if moving. I don't see why moving should outright cancel my spell. One of my main worries are those people who experience severe latency. If every little bump of the controller takes cancels a spell I shall be very upset.

99% of the time I don't need to move and cast but it is nice to be able to start a nuke on Ifrit while I am running back to my assigned spot.

Also, I am with the poster above who hates PvP balancing messing with my PvE world... if indeed that is why they are implementing this change.
