    Is my account permanently banned?

    1. I bought the MAC version of the game and activated the key in Mog Station on April 14.

    2. I was dissatisfied with Mac version game client and wrote in Square Support that I want to receive a refund.


    3. I followed the recommendations and contacted the seller.


    4. My service account was suspended.


    5. I wrote in Square Support again.


    Is my account permanently banned?

    I’m curious if you actually started a chargeback for your Mac version, or if you tried to work out a refund directly with Square Enix or the retailer? If you escalated and started a chargeback against Square Enix, it’s highly possible that that would be the reason why your Service Account 1 was banned. Square Enix generally does not like chargebacks.

    That being said, according to the email you have received, your Service Account 2 is seemingly unaffected. Are you unable to access it as well as Service Account 1?

    I'm not sure, maybe it was a chargeback against Square Enix.
    Service Account 2 works well. Suspended only Service Account 1.

    If you are concerned that your account is banned, then I would recommend contacting the Square Enix Support Center (the website can be found here: https://support.eu.square-enix.com/m...p?id=5383&la=2).
