From the past posts it seems that jobs will unlock at Lv30 and you'll have to complete quests to level them up to the same as the class is so 50 GLA would unlock 30 PLD then you'll complete a series of quests to gain AF and higher level
correct would be "so 50 GLA would unlock 50 PLD"
