Apparently I can't post anywhere but this thread for some reason, I have tried multiple locations to put what I actually wanted to say, so I'll just say it here and a moderator can sort it out...

I was in que for over 30 minutes (obviously as a DPS...) and to keep myself occupied I was doing Levequests on my Miner. I was almost done with the Levequest when my acceptance to the dungeon window was counting down.
I finished the Levequest but there's a solid 6-7 seconds of a complete inability to perform any action what-so-ever as the DUTY COMPLETE icon appears and it prompts you if you'd like to turn it in.

This feature is terrible and should have been fixed years ago.

I also believe you should be able to hit accept as a different job and it simply switches you into your original selected class with the gear you were wearing when you initially que'd (only if you swapped jobs, if you did not, allow current gear to be selected when entering).

I also believe collection FATEs should give you your reward when the FATE is "complete" but awaiting that extra minute for others to turn in anything else. If your duty pops and you don't have the time to wait that one minute, but you did spend all the time collecting and turning in your share... you should be rewarded.

Things like this really discourage que'ing as a DPS when the game isn't very friendly to the idea of staying "busy". They add all these other features to the game to stimulate gameplay but they don't make it synergize very well.

Sometimes the only thing I feel like I CAN do is gather (non-Levequest of course)...
