Hi, I think you need to edit those screenshots to hide the names - apparently forum rules are *very* enforced about not 'naming and shaming' characters even if they are almost certainly bots....
But yes, I assume they're the "blinking in and out of existence while you try to have a conversation with the NPC" type? They'll be 'playing the MSQ' in that area currently and they will keep on warping back and forth between that NPC and whatever other quest objectives they need to interact with. I've had the same thing and I don't think there's much you can immediately do besides coming back later when they've moved elsewhere.
If they level up or do something that makes their name appear in the chat log, maybe you could try selecting it from there and using the 'report RMT' option? (Or maybe try /poke-ing one or something to get the "you poke Qwerty Uiop" text and see if you can work from there.)
(Also apparently three black mages and a white mage is the standard 'bot party' for this sort of thing, hence the crowd of black mages. I got their friend while I was trying to run my white mage quests and they kept appearing right on top of the questgiver.)
Yeah that's a bunch of bots. Just report to the GM via the support desk and move on. That's about all you can do.
I'm going to second the suggestion you edit out the names from your picture.
Even if they are guilty of something, anything, that's not something you can claim here publicly.

If you hang out in the GC of Gridania or by the aetheryte in Uldah on Louisoix, especially around like Tuesday noon or any other low-pop time, you will see sometimes tens of them They all have garbage names, appear and move in unison and are the archetype for a bot. Been reporting it all the time but it never changes.
You would think that having an algorithm that scans for multiple characters doing exactly, and I mean EXACTLY, the same movements and actions would not be a hard thing for SE, but I digress.
