    Aetherochemical Research Facility Crashed and can't log back in - Faerie PLEASE HELP

    My wife and 2 other FC members were in ARF and the server crashed on the last boss and now none of them can get back into the game.

    They're still listed as online (which is what happens if you crash in a dungeon).

    At first, we thought it was just our connection, but all 3 of them got dropped and none of them can log back in. I believe this is a server issue, please fix ASAP because they can't play the game anymore as a result.

    So, my wife was able to log in on an alt, and then log back in on her main to reset it, but there was a server-side issue that's worth looking into.

    If the the server is still recognizing them as being logged in, then it sounds more like a client-side crash. Is she still having issues with her main character?
