Thread: 4.3 Thread... everything but the app

So let's talk about everything else coming in 4.3 thats not the app... in fact any mention of the app after this post in the thread shall invalidate any opinion you have regarding ANYTHING you say here because you can't even grasp simple concepts... so yeah, besides the app, 4.3 looks pretty meaty

I'm looking forward to the new dungeon, testing out "Heaven on High"(probably won't spend tons of time in there), and playing around in the new Eureka zone....hopefully they improved on Anemos and made it more interesting/engaging.

im a bit scared that the 4.3 can be finished in less than 1 week,apart from that,we dont have that much info.

A lot of that is on the player themselves though. Pacing, while it might be possible for SE to dictate, is something that each player needs to figure out for themselves.

If you end up finishing everything that comes out with 4.3 in a week....you may be spending more time in the game than the average person(or have people you run things with doing so). It really comes down to how you decide to proceed with going through the fresh content.

well,you take dungeon and story,in less than 2 hour its complete,dungeon will be a joke again and in 15min you will finish it,and if you take fedex MSQ out you dont have that much either.
And even so,someone take 2/3 weeks to finish it,waiting 6 month to get 2 weeks of content is a bit light.

I'm excited for the new 24-man raid, the new beastman tribes, more TT cards for my collection, another dungeon, the next part of Eureka, the next PotD, the 2 new trials we gonna get and the new Ultimate. Collecting the new glamour, minions and orchestrion rolls. I'm super excited to see where the MSQ is gonna take me next, I really enjoyed the last part! I also want more Hildi and keep going with the Doman Enclave rebuilding questline.

EDIT: OH, and being able to gear my alt jobs (SCH and RDM), thanks to the raid tokens.

• I'll do the MSQ because I enjoy it
• I'll do the dungeon probably once unless it has a really attractive gear set (I still don't have skalla's despite running it countless times). I don't need tomes
• I'll do the 24 man a handful of times, or once depending on whether I like the gear set in it
• I'll farm the new EX Trial until I have what I want from it
• Pass on Beast Tribes
• I'll dabble in the new deep dungeon, but I'm not expecting anything engaging
• I'll pass on Eureka if it's just an extension of the existing with a new map
• My static agreed to trying Ultima weapon until we hit a wall. If the fight is considerably shorter (i.e. like 12-13 mins), I'll consider actually making a push to clear it. I don't necessarily care how hard it is, as long as it isn't a freaking 18 minute encounter. That wasn't fun in 2010, and it isn't fun now.

The most appealing aspect of FFXIV for me has always been the story, and I’m really excited about what they are going to come up with. Considering this is the end of the Doman chapter of Stormblood, I’m really curious about how they are going to end it, and whether it’ll end on a sad or happy note.
