    401 Error

    I'm not sure this goes here but getting a bit panicked I know there is a problem with trying to buy crysta right now but this is my only method of buying my sub and it ends tomorrow so I don't know what to do I sent a support ticket last night but I'm just trying to get a answer as soon as possible.

    A 401 error is a billing error that usually occurs from the card being declined by the bank, the use of a pre-paid card or a connection issue, among other things. As this is not a technical issue, you will get more information from your support ticket or if you contact the Square Enix Support Center directly.
