Good Mornyng.

my case i cant no logg whit my character to the game, i play in ps4 always but i purchase a new powered PC and purchase the game in windows plataform but when i logg the game whit my character show me this menssage " UNABLE TO CREATE CHARACTER CONFI DATA" idont know what to do...... i unisstale the game and instale again please help me i need to play the days gone and my money

It's probably a permissions problem with your "Documents" folder. The game is trying to create a folder:

Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\FFXIV_CHRXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(X's because it varies per character).

The quick (but not great) fix would just be to run the game as an administrator (right-click ffxivboot.exe and "Run as an administrator") as that'll probably then have permissions to write to the directory in question, if not it's going to take more working out where your Documents folder is and why there's a problem. Is it not on your local drive? Is it not inside your user profile like normal?
