Token Exchanges and Menu Limitation

Hello Everyone!

I'm currently in a situation where I'm trading in Rowena tokens for the Landmaster's Ring in Idyllshire and one thing I'm noticing is...it takes TOO MANY clicks to exchange tokens for a single item.

Why is it that when I go to exchange purchase, I click on it, it tells me how many tokens it costs and how many I currently have, then I hit "Exchange", THEN it tells me I won't be able to equip it, so I click proceed, then Ok, THEN I have to select the tokens out of my inventory and toss them into "Item Request" and finally hit "Trade"

I feel that this exchange of tokens should be no different than buying something with Gil, you have the tokens in your inventory, you click, it's bought, not 5 windows with 7 different operations. It's a needless process that I believe we've gotten use to but is absolutely horrendous in my opinion, I just wanted to see all your thoughts on it =)

My other issue lies with window restrictions during certain actions like when you craft, you can't look at the Crafting Log, why? You also can't open your Chocobo Saddlebag while your inventory is open if you're talking to your retainer. So I have the crafting log in-game but it's useless because I can't look at it when I'm crafting which is...most of the time when I switch to a DoH.

I am semi-venting but also wanted to know if these little things bothered anyone else and if there's some hope of this ever getting resolved

more often than not someone usually buys something they didn't intend to because they weren't reading. and then whine about it on the forums that the devs should prevent them from buying it that easily. that number of checks are in place to make sure that you really want to purchase said item.

Your character's state is locked while you are crafting. This is why you cannot reopen the crafting log when you're crafting, or accept any kind of invite, etc. Your state is also locked while you are in the retainer interface.
