    Hey how's it goin? I think these are from the airships, we have one and may be willing to help. However, "and you don't have to answer", but can I ask what may be hindering you from obtaining them? I only ask because I noticed you have a lot of 70 classes, and you have a decent sized FC.     Airships take time. They are only used to unlock workshop recipes, can't be bought on the MB, but can be traded. After your recipes are unlocked, they are useless until SE releases a new house skin.
