Party / Enmity bars - expand up possible?

Can these be set to grow up rather than down?

If so how? If not... this would be a very welcome change to allow it to be set.

This is a big concern for me in my healing layout:

In which the party will expand poorly:

But if I could get these to expand from the bottom up, I could place them neatly along the bottom of my UI in a centralized spot.

The party list only fills downward. People have been asking for a reverse option for years.

You would think most procedural fills such as the party, enmity, and duty-list would be reversible.

But alas, XIV will give us HUD movement and 6 sizes, but no inverses, despite strong requests since ARR.

I would love reverse-growth party list and enmity list. What would also be nice is an option to use the alliance raid frames for party frames (but with some kajiggering to show party buffs/debuffs)

As a healer, i'd love this to become a thing. It's not a massive issue, but with my party list being at the bottom-right corner, having it expand downwards is super awkward to me, especially considering that it will never be a full 9-plate set unless you're a Summoner or any other class with battle companions usable in dungeons. I'd love to see this happen, and potentially even the ability to change the colors of HP/MP/TP in the party menu to distinguish the three better, though it's not difficult to know what's what. Ya see less red down there, oh, have a Cure II.

Edit: Also, it'd be nice to have it expand from the left as well, if possible; that way Stat buffs/debuffs are moving towards the center of my screen and i can increase the amount shown.

What I'd ideally like to see is a more universal approach, where for any of the HUD elements (at least all whose size varies according to what's currently in it) we could select any of the four corners as our anchor point.

If we select either the top right or top left, then the upper position is fixed and it will extend downward from there depending on the element's current size, but if we select either bottom right or bottom left, then it's the lower edge that's fixed in position and it extends upwards from there. Similarly, when we select either of the left hand corners, the left side is fixed in position and it extends to the right, whereas if we select one of the right hand corners, it's fixed on the right side and extends to the left.

The right or left alignment would then also affect things like text alignment in the duty list, or arrangement of info in the party list (names and stat bars along the fixed side with status effects extending towards the variable side).

This would give a lot more flexibility in where we want things. Not only could we arrange the party list where we want it, but item tooltips, duty list, and so on. (For instance, I'd really like to have item tooltips show up on the bottom right of the screen, but allowing enough room for a large gear tooltip means that short crafting material tooltips are hovering up in the middle of the screen.)

SE hasn't given us any of this yet, but I'm an optimist (at least usually, barring my occasional cynical moments) so I haven't given up hoping for it. SE, please let us choose our HUD element alignments.
